It's hard to go wrong with the story's terrific premise: Zomo is not big or strong, but he is smart. When the rabbit decides he wants more wisdom, the Sky God tells him that he must obtain a scale from the great fish of the sea, milk from a wild cow, and a tooth from a leopard. While Zomo plays tricks on all three of these animals to get what he needs, he learns that the speed to run away from them is also important. The Spanish version is competently told but the punch line loses its "punch" in the translation. Recommended for school and public libraries as well as bookstores.
