A Registered Professional Engineer and Licensed First Class Stationary Engineer in Massachusetts, Mr. Carroll holds commissions from the National Board of Boiler and Pressure Vessel Inspectors in seven states. Dyer E. Carroll, Jr. is vice president and radiation safety officer of Carroll Engineers, Inc. He holds a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Northeastern University and has extensive experience as a consulting and forensic engineer.
